Tour Plan
Day 1 Arusha - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Tarangire National Park is named for the Tarangire River that crosses through it. The park is well known for its big herds of elephants, huge baobab trees and high numbers of predators. There is a plethora to see and explore here!
Day 2 Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park
This day is set aside for game driving in Serengeti. The park is the home for an abundance of wildlife, including impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos, but is best known for its great migrating groups of zebras and wildebeest. The wildebeest & Zebras migrate in November and December from the north part, dominated by woodlands and hills, to the grassy plains of the south. Mostly in a rainy season from April to June, they return to the north.
Day 3 Serengeti National Park
Soon after breakfast, we'll experience the last game drive in Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch. During the afternoon, we will proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an overnight on the crater rim. Ngorongoro Crater is a must-see while on safari in Tanzania for its high density of wild animals.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a conservation project where the Maasai and their livestock live together with wild animals.
Day 4 Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After breakfast, we will drive down to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha where the safari ends.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a must-see while on safari in Tanzania for its high density of wild animals. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a conservation project where the Maasai and their livestock live together with wild animals.
